This post is regarding the branch over at Hakata Station; there are quite a few outlets for Motsunabe Shoraku, in fact, it even its own building in Tenjin. Honestly, I'm not really sure how to write this post because I've eaten lots of motsunabe and to me, they either taste the same or the differences are so subtle that it goes unnoticed, especially to a foreigner like me. Just like any other popular motsunabe restaurant like Yamaya or Yamanaka, Shoraku does not disappoint in their menu selection, taste and overall dining experience. Here are some pictures of my meal:

I think this could easily be the best thing to eat in Hakata Station. Out of all the restaurants available, this store had the longest queue. The meal was enjoyable and the side dishes were all really tasty, especially the beef stew and horse meat. However, if I'm asked whether or not I'll go back again, I'm not too sure because even though I enjoyed my meal, I also enjoyed all the other motsunabe places that I've been to and like I said earlier on, I can't really tell the difference. As such, I think I would prefer to try another place than to come back here a second time. That being said, this is still a good choice if you're wondering what to eat in Hakata Station.
